Welcome Educators!

This section of our platform provides you with all the resources you need to deliver our full programme of ten modules. Each module is supported by two complementary materials:

The Manuals (English only). Click here to view or download.
These are comprehensive guides for educators. They contain full theoretical background, and detailed explanations to help you prepare and adapt the sessions to your own context. The manuals are provided only in English to ensure a single, consistent reference across all partner countries. In addition, keeping them in one language makes it easier for educators to adjust, translate, or adapt the content where needed for their specific audience.

The Presentations (available in all partner languages). Click here to view or download.
These are ready-to-use tools designed for direct delivery. They summarize the key learning points and include interactive elements such as activities, role-plays, case studies, and quizzes. Because they are intended for immediate use with participants, the presentations are available in all partner languages, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and clear understanding for young athletes.

How to combine these resources effectively

The manuals and presentations are designed to work hand in hand. The manuals give you the foundation and deeper understanding of each module – the theory, the reasoning behind the exercises, and guidance for facilitation. The presentations follow the same narrative structure as the manuals, so everything you study in the manual directly connects to what you will present to participants.

In practice, this means you can:
– Use the manual to prepare yourself, making sure you are confident with the concepts, examples, and teaching strategies.
– Then rely on the presentation to deliver the session smoothly, knowing that it mirrors the manual’s content in a concise, learner-friendly format.

Example flow

For instance, if a manual section explains coping strategies for managing stress, you can first study the detailed background, tips, and examples provided there. Then, when you move to the presentation, you will find the same content translated into simple slides with exercises, role-plays, and reflection prompts. This way, your preparation (manual) and your delivery (presentation) are fully aligned, thus giving participants both clarity and engagement while giving you confidence as a facilitator.
Together, the manuals equip you as an educator, and the presentations equip your participants - both following the same storyline to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across all modules. In addition, you will also find an Educational Program.

This document presents the complete structure of the education, outlining all ten modules with their learning outcomes, objectives, and methodologies. It serves as the backbone of the whole programme, giving you a clear overview of the entire education. You can use it as a foundation to draft or adapt your own activities while ensuring that each module you deliver stays aligned with the overall goals of developing transferable skills for young athletes.
NOTE: When using the presentations, please keep in mind that numbering connected with the manual starts from slide 2 (slide 2 = slide 1), after the title slide.

Our detailed manuals provide in-depth theoretical background, guidance, and examples — helping you prepare and adapt each module confidently to your own teaching context.

Presentations summarize key learning points in engaging slides, complete with activities, role-plays, and quizzes — available in all partner languages for inclusive, effective delivery.
